I've had nausea with both pregnancies. First was a girl. Second one I won't find out until July. It was worse with my first though.

I think hyperemesis gravidarum (severe morning sickness) is slightly more common with girls.

Very bad nausea with DD.. vomited at least a few times a day til about 20 weeks

Slight nausea with DS. vomited once the entire pregnancy!

This time I am right in between and not sure of gender yet..

Nausea with 1&2 but none with 3.
1&2 are girls. Don't know about 3 yet.

I voted other since I don't know which baby is causing the nausea. I'm pregnant with b/g twins. Nausea is still going on at 24 weeks. I do have/had HG that required me to go to the hospital at 8 and 12 weeks for dehydration and severe vomiting that was not controlled by current meds. For me, I wonder if its all the hormones from both babies and also, I'm a petite person. I've asked other twin moms and found no correlation between having twins and having nausea or HG.

I am wondering how my nausea will be *if* I get pregnant again with one baby. Part of me thinks these twins will be our last because I'm afraid to have HG again, but holding onto hope that one baby won't be as bad. I have about 2-3 years to think about it.

My nausea was worst with my first and I had a boy. With my DD the nausea was still there, but it was bearable.

Awful nausea with both despite strong meds. I've had a girl and am now expecting a boy.

No nausea during the first trimester and Im pregnant with a boy. However, I have been nauseous during the third trimester but have only vomited due to acid reflux.

I have recently had 3 friends give birth to girls. 2 had horrible morning sickness and 1 had none. Of the two sick ones, 1 got pregnant while on birth control pills & had a very stressful pregnancy, both of which I have read can make nausea worse.

Nausea with both. Very sick this time...threw up most mornings. I have a boy, and they tell me this one is a boy too!

No nausea with my first. Hospitalized for MS with my second. Both girls!

Moderate nausea both pregnancies but only til about 12 weeks - #1 is a boy and I don't know about #2 yet!

Horrible nausea....had twin girls.

Intensely nauseous until 18 weeks and then again at 30 weeks, and I had a girl.

Nausea with both. But worse with my girl than with my boy.
