Yet another post about weight gain in pregnancy..... I know there are a few threads on this topic, but I guess I'm just looking for advice/ experiences of others who've been through it or are currently struggling with body changes. I've always been on the petite side and I'm having a hard time seeing the numbers go up and up. I know it's part of pregnancy, and I'm soo very grateful to be pregnant after 2 losses. It's just weird to see the numbers rise with little control I'm up about 10lbs at 20 weeks. I walk/ use the elliptical about 4x per week and eat pretty healthy (whole foods, little processed stuff *try* to resist cravings). How did you stay fit during pregnancy??
