I need to lose some weight! I weighed myself for the first time in ages and reality hit. Hard!

If you're working on losing weight, or thinking about starting, I'm hoping we can start a little group to motivate each other. Share whatever info you feel comfortable and check-in every once in awhile to share your progress.

Entries can be as short as "I didn't buy the mocha frap that was calling out to me" or "I didn't have a second helping of breadsticks". One thing I'd like to include is how much weight you've lost so far, without revealing your current weight (of course, unless you want to). So maybe a weekly weigh in revealing lbs (or kg) shed?
