I am 10 weeks and still feeling really rotten. Nothing appeals to me, but especially not starchy things like bread or crackers. I need to eat, though-I'm already down 10 lbs from aversions amd throwing up.
So what's on your go-to list of pregnancy foods? Bonus if it includes protien.
