I think LO to expand her vocabulary. It's so awesome watching her learn new words every single day.

Talking! My DD can say quite a few words already (maybe around 20?) and I can't WAIT for her to start combining words into mini sentences. Might not be for a while but I'm really looking forward to it!

Consistently sleeping through the night. We just started getting smiles this week which is awesome, and she laughing as she was falling asleep this afternoon-- I'm looking forward to awake laughs next.

@Foodnerd81: ohmygahh laughing! I have yet to get a laugh out of LO, despite all my silly faces and dancing around. I can't wait!

@Bookish: Yeah I'd been trying to get her to sleep for at least 10 minutes of her being super drowsy but not sleeping. I look down, hoping her eyes are closed, and they are just about closed but she has this huge smile on her face and did a little teeny laugh. So cute-- even though it still took another 15 minutes to get her asleep.
ETA: But no, it wasn't in response to something funny I did. Unless she was dreaming of something funny I did.

Laughing, definitely! We are getting daily smiles now but no laughs as yet. I guess the next physical milestone is rolling but I think that's a little way off yet.

For DS to start verbalizing more. I can't wait for his vocabulary to explode.
For DD for her to start rolling and interacting more.

Consistent and regular giggles. DD is eight weeks, and has been smiling like the darn joker for the past four. We've gotten one small, intentional chuckle out of her, and can't wait for it to happen all the time.
Sitting up will also be nice!

Weaning!
Her growing more hair so I can do cute hairstyles!
Picking out her own outfits.

@Cherrybee: I am waiting for the loud laughter too! She smiles all the time and chuckles or a short giggle here and there but I have not heard that hearty, stomach hurting kind of laughter yet.
