Third trimester insomnia has hit me big time! I seem to wake up at all hours for no reason. I try everything to go back to sleep but end up messing around on my phone for hours. Its either that or eat something.
Last night DH came home on lunch (he works nights) and did my Bradley Method and HypnoBabies relaxation exercises with me... knocked me right out! Maybe that's a good time for me to practice?
