We actually didn't do anything on the day of our actual anniversary. We were visiting with my family at the time. When we got home we went out for a nice dinner though.
He bought me a new perfume and I got him a new cologne. It worked out well this year, but I don't expect we will exchange gifts every year.

Sticking with the traditional "paper" gift, I got him tickets for us to see his favorite band.

Not traditional, but I got him this Lego Rocket kit. He LOVED it and bragged about it to all his friends. He thought it was so cool to get a toy. Plus, we had just come back from a trip to FL where we watched the last shuttle launch so it kind of tied in with that
