For myself: play tennis, take swim lessons
For the kids: continue swim, gymnastics and martial arts. Prep my son for kindergarten.
As a family: go camping, hiking, and just spend more time outdoors

@NaturallyCathy: Oh, I know, believe me, I know. I think that height and build play a factor too. I'm 5'8" and not itty bitty, so I know that I'll never weigh 120 pounds, but it's still hard to wrap my head around that awful number.
Maybe use a pair of {non-elastic} shorts as your guide? "Oh they fit well. I'm doing great!" Or, "A little snug, time to watch what I'm eating a little better."
