I know there is an extensive list of no no's during pregnancy - alcohol, unpasteurized cheese, sushi, excessive caffeine, deli meats, etc. etc. I don't mean to be the pregnancy police, but I have seen prengant women consuming things that are on the banned substance list. Yesterday, a coworker who is very pregnant ate a turky sandwich at lunch - I was so craving one, but thought it was a big no no? So, I'm curious how closely you followed the rules. Did you cheat at all?

For example, I have abided by the rules except I still have a cup of coffee in the morning. I drink much less caffeine and under the allowable amount, but I just can't cut it out completely.
