Female. My previous one was male. What's funny is that during my labor, I had a male doctor. His shift ended, then the resident delivered LO, a female.

The whole practice is female. I wouldn't feel comfortable with a male doctor.

I see a midwife who's female. But when I was transferred to an OB for being high risk, my last pregnancy, it was a male.

I never thought I'd be comfortable with a male, when when I had my MC I could only be seen by a male, and he was the most caring compassionate doctor I've ever seen! Totally changed my perspective.
I go to a group also. I see a woman for annuals (and will if I need a WTF visit). If I get pregnant again, I have to see all of them but will probably try to see a male most.

Female, there are 2 males in the practice, but they focus more on surgery than they do childbirth.

Female - I'm not comfortable with male Drs. And of course it was a male Dr on call that delivered L

Male and I 100% prefer him over any of the female docs I've had.
I actually always imagined having a male deliver my baby....perhaps cause I watched a lot of the Cosby show growing up?!? lol

I go to a large group practice (10 doctors) and *my* OB is female. However, when you're pregnant, you cycle through all the OBs and my favorites ended up being 2 males. I scheduled one of them to do my c-section and I couldn't have been happier.

Female. I'm fine with male too, but mine had better reviews when I was looking.

I go to a group practice with two male doctors and one female. I will alternate my appointments with them and they alternate being on call. It's great that I will get to know all of them by then.

My practice has 3 male doctors, 1 female doctor, and several female midwives; I see them all

Male! I have been with him ever since I was 18. I don't think I will ever change, unless I moved really far away.

I had a male OB/GYN, but he closed shop to teach at a med school.
I need to find a new GYN!

Anyone I've seen regularly have been male. I haven't been a big fan of the female ob's in my old practice, so I stuck with the male ob's.

Female. I go to a group practice and all the doctors are female except one. Funny thing is, my second favorite doctor in the practice is the male. With my first delivery, a female that I liked delivered WJ and the other doctors were the two that I don't like. With my second delivery, the male doctor started my induction, then shift change, and my OB (my favorite!) delivered LMW 15 mins after she started her shift!

My OB is female, but M was delivered by a male OB who happened to be on call. He was great too!

My current doc is male, and he's my favorite of those I've seen. That said, I'm moving during this pregnancy, and sex won't be a determining factor in who I choose to see.

My old practice was made up of all females.
My new practice is comprised of female midwives, but a male OB for the big stuff like anatomy scans.

My group has a mix but I typically go and see the same female OB.

Female, but I will be delivering at an academic hospital so who knows who will deliver my baby! I chose to go to a female doctor for my care, but I don't really care who delivers my baby as long as they are qualified or supervised by someone who is!
(My DH is in residency right now, so I'm ok with being "practiced" on because I understand the attending is only a page away)

Mine is female and a different team of females delivered my LO. I never even considered until now that for this one I could have a male doing the delivery, duh me!
