I feel like there are so many restrictions on pregnant women and some seem silly. For example, I have eaten my fair share of "dangerous" foods, hiked mountains, done front handsprings, ab exercises, etc and baby seems to be fine. Is it just me?! I don't like living in fear.
What have you done that was not recommended but honestly probably fine for baby?
, sushi during my first trimester, and deep yoga backbends and inversions that everyone says are awful down to days before labor.
