My chest is the weakest. I love working legs because it's something I'm good at. Squats are my all time favorite.

Abs are my favorite. I don't have great upper body strength so push-ups are really hard for me. I have a love/hate relationship with them.

I hate working out my abs because they are nonexistent and it always kills! My legs are my favourite to work out.

Arms. They are super weak and I have bad shoulder issues so there are a lot of arm exercises that I can't do since they cause my shoulder to pop out.

Hardest for me is legs, I have the knees of a 70 year old (per my doctor) so squats/lunges/ect. are extremely painful for me. I try but the pain is just not worth it.
Easiest for me is abs.

Stomach. I can't even say abs b/c I'll never get to them haha. My stomach fat neeeveeeer goes away!

My arms are the hardest. They're just so small! I'm getting better at arms slowly.
I love ab and leg work. They are definitely the strongest parts of my body.

My abs are so weak and it's so hard to work them out. Really need to though because core strength is so important and I haven't worked since I got pregnant... And she is nine months now! Arms are weak but it don't feel like it's that hard to work them.
Legs are easiest. I walk a ton and have two flights of stairs that I'm always carrying baby/car seat/groceries up. That's my work out for legs!

My whole upper body is pathetic. Abs and legs are definitely the easiest.
