Cleaning up my kids after meals is the absolute worst! I don't know how they manage to make such a big mess of themselves and every surface around them. It takes forever to get them wiped up, change their clothes if necessary and then clean the table, chairs, high chair, floor and dishes. I get really excited when the meal I have planned is nice and clean! I'd rather change five poopy diapers, seriously

Discipline. I hate it. I hate seeing him sad, mad, disappointed, etc. I hate how we can be having fun, and he does something naughty and our fun moment is gone because then I have to parent him. It's really hard for me.

@Bao: I feel the same about cleaning up meals. Kids &food are gross. Sometimes I can't even look at her while she eats because it's disgusting. She eats naked because she's so dang messy.

Changing sheets. Her mattress is on the lowest setting, and she has a bumper, so it's hard to get the sheet on/off and now I'm pregnant with a little belly and it just really sucks.

So bath itself is fine, but I hate taking her out and dressing her in pjs after the bath! I hate the way her pajamas feel on my hands when they're wet from scooping her out.!(drying them on the towel doesn't help.)

I will do most thing ungrudgingly, but I HATE being the nurse when the kids are sick. I'm just not good at it and I feel so helpless, especially when there is puke involved.

Giving the kids baths. I do them both at the same time and it feels like a nightmare. Neither of them listen to me and I just end up feeling frustrated and angry.

Bedtime, she fights it so much that it's always a stressful time. I do my best to keep calm but after 30-45 minutes of her fighting it it's hard. Second would be bathtime, it hurts anymore to lean over the tub with my growing belly.

@Bao: I have to agree with you! Cleaning up after meals is the worst. I made the mistake of giving DS raviolis with red sauce the other night and it was everywhere! I had to strip him down in the kitchen and we went straight to the tub!

Clipping nails. LO is just 3 months old so they're itty bitty and terrifying!

Until recently it was clipping nails. Now we bribe with a sticker per hand if no fight and it's much smoother. Now it's discipline. I'm the one home the most so I'm the one that primarily has to discipline and it's just such a bummer to not get to be the fun parent.
