I feel like crap about myself. I lost all pregnancy weight, although everything shifted so nothing fit. I started WW, and I did it for a couple weeks and then I just stopped. I have since been eating crap and have gained some lbs.

DH travels during the week, so I can't get to the gym. I have been doing the Shred video after she goes to bed the last couple weeks.

I want to feel better about myself and feel like DH wants to see me naked! But I need help! Why can't I stay motivated at all? What helps you??
