To look good in and out of my clothes. Oh and to eat what I want. I have a major sweet tooth and could not eat what I wanted if I didn't put in the gym time. Also for me doing yoga helps with the mind body connection. I do my 90 min a week and the stress just melts.

@princessbaby, um, that's a reason why I take E to the gym every day. 60 min to zone out, not be a parent in On Mode, and give my brain a break. It's me time. Every single morning.
