I'm looking forward to the end of my Morning Sickness, so I can stop taking Zofran. I've been on it for.....6 weeks now, and I'm 13 weeks tomorrow.

This is the first week I've noticed a minimal improvement. I still feel nauseous 24/7, but not *as* nauseous and I'm starting to be able to eat more foods. This week, for the first time, I ate some potato salad (have not been able to stomach the idea of mayo until now) and I ate some cheese pasta.

I'm still off meat, anything with tomato sauces, all spices, and still can't take most cooking smells. But...hopefully soon!

The biggest one for me is seeing the baby on an ultrasound and hearing the heartbeat, at my 12 week appointment on Tuesday! We couldn't hear it at my 8 week and they didn't have me do a dating ultrasound, so my nausea and fatigue are the only indications that there is something growing in me! (Well, and the lack of a period for a few months now).

Like @Anagram: I'd also really love for the nausea to go away. I've been lucky-ish, I guess, that I haven't been throwing up and haven't needed to take anything really, but I'm just so tired of being nauseous and tired all the time.

That's about as far ahead as I am looking right now.

I was excited about 24 weeks (which I met last Saturday!) and now I'm excited for the 3rd trimester!

Finding out the baby's sex! I don't find out for another 8 weeks, and I'm dying to know!

birth. just the birth... at almost 36 weeks, i'm excited to reach full term but definitely not as excited to meet this little one. like now! i'm ready

I look forward to full term--only 4 weeks to go!

Hearing the heartbeat. I think it will just make everything seem real.

Seeing the heartbeat and starting to share our news! After that, I can't wait to feel movements. That has to be the most amazing feeling!

We had a very early mc the first time we got pregnant. We're trying again now, and I think once we get past the first 6 weeks, see/hear a heart beat, we'll be so excited!

I'm 38 weeks tomorrow so my only milestone left is the big one - giving birth!!!

I'm 35 weeks tomorrow. I guess full term is my next "official" milestone, but I'd agree with a few others. At this point, birth.

Entering the second trimester next month and finding out the sex of the baby.

I think my next big pregnancy milestone would be a BFP... but since were not trying again yet, that'll be a while to wait.

I'm looking forward to finding out the gender this weekend!

@Anagram: 14 weeks was pretty magical for me. I was like you, on Zofran and barely able to eat. At 15 weeks, it still isn't completely gone but it is much, much, much better! I only throw up/dry heave in the mornings when I brush my teeth now and I only feel nauseous at night. I can eat most foods without issue now though. The light at the end of the tunnel should be coming up soon!
