I have the typical screening tomorrow with the dreaded orange drink and I'm wondering if anyone has any input on what, if anything I should eat before the appointment? My doctor advised against sugary and carb stuff so I'm aware of what to avoid. (hopefully)
You want an accurate result; there's no sense in trying to "trick" the test by altering your daily routine. If you are a carby-eater that's fine; you need to know how your body is handling those carbs.
