My first car my parents bought me when I was 14 was a 1991 Chevy Cavalier. I was a horrible driver and they ended up buying me 5 other cars before I bought my first car myself, a 2002 Ford Focus.

I had a couple of cars when in high school & college, but the first one I bought on my own was a lime green VW Beetle. I loved that car SO MUCH!

My first car was a Subaru Legacy. I got it new, and it lasted me until this year -- 12 years in total! I could have driven it for longer too, but it was getting expensive to maintain, and I was worried about breaking down on my treacherous mountainous commute.

my first car was a hand me down shared between my sister and I 94 Ford Tempo (that car was a total champ!) when I was 16. The first car that we (hubby and I) bought specifically for me is my shiny blue 2011 Nissan Rogue. I love that car!
