I just read that elephants have pregnancies that last 22 months.
Would you like a pregnancy that long - or definitely not?
If you asked me when I was pregnant I would say definitely not, however it would be nice to have had a little extra time to prepare and work/save. But I think 9 mos felt even too long for me personally lol!

I feel the same as you! Sometimes I'm so impatient for her to be here, other times I'm desperate for more time to save up. I am happy I'm pregnant now because I have *her* but at the same time wish we had waited and saved/moved, but then I wouldn't have her! So a longer gestational time would solve that issue..lol!

Oh man no way, I would be one and done...or be praying for twins so I could still have my two children. Nine months is long enough for me, enough time to save, plan, purchase without going competely stir crazy!

NO NO NO NO! I did not enjoy being pregnant. I'd only have one child. And I would be the size of an elephant and need to be towed around because I had lots of cravings I gave into.

No way. We are doing our saving up and preparing now, so when we get pregnant, 9 months will be plenty. A lot can change in 22 months!

Wow. I *hated* being pregnant unfortunately. 22 months would just kill me. I know we'll try for another baby at some point, and just the idea of another 9 months of pregnancy makes me shudder. Luckily I find that being a mother was totally worth those terrible 9 months.
