I need ideas. I am getting bored of eating the same things or making bad choices. Preferably it's easy to whip up or grab and affordable. Mine have been:

Snack: carrot sticks, v8 juice, hummus with pita or pretzels, raisins , apples, applesauce, clementines, trail mix and other nuts

Meals: scrambled eggs with whole grain toast and avocado, yogurt with granola, Special K cereal with milk, lentil soup, spinach ravioli with tomato sauce, bean burritos on whole wheat tortilla, turkey chili, egg salad sandwiches and rice and beans.
