I have a fried that made it all the way through without knowing, and delivered a healthy, term baby! She was in college, playing soccer for the school, didn't gain weight, and she is petite. I have no idea how she didn't get a big belly, but she didn't! The way the baby was positioned, she didn't feel any movement either. She found out when she was playing in a soccer match and a ball hit her in the stomach. When it hit, she says "something kicked back from inside". I think she started having pains, so she went to the ER, and it turned out that she was in labor! They were able to stop it, she went home for a couple of days, and then went into full blown labor and delivered a baby boy.

A good friend found out at the end of first tri. Her periods were irregular but it just seemed like it had been a long time, so she tested.

My friend found out at six months, then promptly delivered. It was a huge shock for her since she hadn't even wanted kids,

An old co-worker of mine found out at about 29 weeks. She was overweight and thought many of her symptoms were related to menopause. Nope!!
I work in the nursery and have seen 2 or 3 women who came in to the hospital with abdominal pain or fluid leaking only to discover they're in labour I think they were all in major denial (all ended up putting their babies up for adoption).
