I would love a 3-4 day work week, but I would be fine with 6-8 hours still!

I work about 5 hours a day. Usually 4 days a week. I can't complain about it.

4 day work week, 6 hour days.

Aside from some CRAZY times during the year; I work from home once a week - so that's my version of a 4 day work week because I usually work late on Wed (Thurs are my WFH days) and get everything done so that Thurs are just meetings/emails, and I catch up on anything Friday back in the office

I would want 5 days a week of 6 hour days!

Interesting that so many people want four 6 hour days, that was exactly what I was thinking. Right now I only work 3 hours on Wednesdays and I love having three extra time during the week!

I think it would increase productivity if companies allowed employees who work out to have 6 hour days, even if it's only twice a week. I think it's too hard for most of us to get in a workout before or after work on an 8 hour schedule.

I love my 4 day work week but I'm REALLY looking forward to a 3 day work week again after my maternity leave. I'm hoping to do Tues thru Thurs. I work 8 hours a day but it would be nice to do 6. That way we wouldn't have to rush for daycare dropoff in the morning, and I could cook dinner every night.

Logically/realistically speaking? 4 10-hour days. Ideally, though? Give me 3 or 4 5-6-hour days.
