Ours is primarily kefir, 100% cranberry/pomegranate juice, a splash of soy milk and plain Greek yogurt. I'll like to start reducing the amount of juice we use. However, DH doesn't like his smoothies too creamy and it bothers his stomach so we can't really add too much milk. I know coconut water is a popular one but that gets $$$! I'd rather not do just water.
