Well, we live in the low income town outside of the city....in our zip code the highest is upper 200k! In the actual city, its 1,950,000. 3 bed, 2 bath, on the lake with panoramic views. its actually a pretty cool looking house!
Elevator, rooftop pool and hot tub, and Scavolini kitchen (whatever the heck that is) -

I thought there was a $5.5 million listing but it was a mistake on the site. Most homes in my area are between $900-2mil. The most expensive is this Victorian, for $2.195 million, 3,025 sq. ft., 5bds/3.5 baths.
