Currently, I'm taking regular Women's One a Day vitamins because I have almost a full bottle and a DHA supplement. I split the vitamin in half and take it in the morning and evening. The folic acid mg in the vitamin seems to be on target, but I'm wondering if I should get vitamins actually labeled for prenatals.

Does anyone split up the vitamins too? I noticed my body wasn't absorbing the whole vitamins all that well and splitting them up helped a bit.
