Working out /at home? Unemployed. On leave? SAHP?
I'm considering myself officially off leave, back on the unemployment job search wagon.

I think technically I'm unemployed ? lol I lost my job right before I had LO but life's been too crazy to do as much job searching as I should. So I'm sort of just SAH... but I do plan to go back to work at some point.

SAHM, although that hasn't totally sunk in yet. It's like I'm on the most tiring vacation ever for the last five months.

@Mae: LOL same here. Did you guys decide you'll stay at home for a bit? I was waiting to hear back from a temp job but I don't think that's going anywhere. Been looking and submitted one resume so far. Sad part is U/I is more than I would've gotten on maternity leave!
DD 1 still goes to daycare 2x a week to save her spot and less routine disruption. DD 2 is home with me full time.

@regberadaisy: not really. I mean I'm looking just not that hard. We are ok for a decent amount if time at least financially and with lo's eating issues it just hasn't been a priority.

PT WAHM until they can hire my replacement and then I will SAH. But if the right opportunity arises I would WOH/WAH part time again.

@regberadaisy: @Mae: In a similar situation as you two except that I resigned from my position in order to take a longer leave than they allowed. I would be going back next week if I'd stayed on... Just starting to call around and network a little to find something, ideally will have part-time work by Jan/Feb. I just tell people I'm on "Canadian maternity leave" when they ask, lol.

SAHM, at least until I'm done having babies, possibly longer if the finances work out.

Full time WOHM.
When I first saw the title I thought it referred to what visa status I was working under... Lol! I was on a work permit for 8 years.

Full time WOH but I have no little ones yet. I will be going out on maternity leave at the end of next week or the week after that depending on how I feel. After 12 weeks off I will either go back FT or PL depending on school.

Wow lots of people do part time. I'm thinking about asking to drop to 32 hours/week next year.
for now, WOHM full time.

@blackbird: would you lose all your benefits if you drop to PT?
