    FT WOHM

I would love to go PT next year once DS starts 1st grade- so I can be there when he gets home from school

I work outside the home but have one work from home day each week. My job isn't too demanding compared to what I'm paid so I feel that it's fair but I would much rather work part time. I think that's my ideal for having young kids but I do not expect it to ever be possible without other negative changes to our lifestyle.

I will be a full-time WOHM mom in January, but right now I'm on an extended maternity leave.

@regberadaisy: not if I dropped to 32 hours. It's still considered full time at my company. Any less and I would, so I don't want to do that!

I get the occasional work from home day, but I'm usually too busy to keep LO home with me. But at least I can drop him off late and pick him up early!

    I'm "FT" WOHM - in quotes because I'm 32 hrs/week.

@blackbird: oh, good point! Let me know how it goes!
Hm something to keep in mind when the kids are school aged.

@Mamaof2: I would love to have someone there to greet the kids at the bus stop rather than send them to after care!

@regberadaisy: I know, I'm hoping if I ask for it, I can just stay there. I would use it for shorter days mon-thurs and half days on Friday!

I work FT, but a few days from home and a few days out of the home. I love what I do, which helps, but at times, the commute into the office really kills me. I've also been traveling a bunch as of late, and that makes me miss DH and LO quite a bit.

WOHM. Pre-kids I was FT but after my first mat leave I reduced my hours a bit so I'm currently in between PT and FT
