At almost 21 weeks I still can't believe I'm pregnant!
I think the first time it really hit after I found out she was a girl.
This time around it's taking longer!

I don't think it hit for a long time - until I had a belly & felt strong movement! It felt like I was playing make believe, haha.

I think I'm still in denial and I'm 37 weeks. Just kidding. I think DH is the one who will be in for a reality check!

I didn't truly believe I was pregnant until I got my first ultrasound at 9 weeks. I was seriously shocked that there was actually a baby in there!

Anatomy scan at 20 weeks; once I knew I had a boy in there, suddenly I could envision him running around on stumpy little legs, digging in the backyard, snuggling up at night... It all became very real. Before then, I knew I was pregnant but it felt distant.

@Shimmer: what she said.
after i had my baby ( i was out for the c-section so i was unconscious for his birth), the nurse said "do you want to hold your baby?"
and my first thought was "my what?"
it hit me pretty late!

Same as you when we first heard the heartbeat (8 weeks) - it was an OMG moment! =]

After seeing her on the ultrasound screen at 9 weeks, she was just a little teddy graham looking thing, but seeing the heartbeat and her moving was enough for me!

It was surreal seeing/hearing the heartbeat at 7w5d. But it still doesn't feel real to me. I think that it will hit me at our next ultrasound, will be 12w5d.

It really just sunk in for me this week. I had my baby shower on Saturday, I have a million articles of baby clothing in my house, a bumbo in my kitchen, my belly had a growth spurt and I feel like I’m smuggling a watermelon everywhere and baby is moving ALL the time. Even though it’s hit me it still feels surreal!

Not until after the baby movements became regular (~22 weeks or so?)
