When did you start using a toothbrush? Right now, I just wipe LO's teeth with a baby washcloth before she goes to bed.

A toothbrush around a year maybe? Before that we used a finger brush.

When DS got teeth in, we started to use a finger brush. He liked holding onto his banana tooth brush by 9 months:

@HeatherlovesKenny: Is the banana tooth brush worth the extra cost? We got a traditional toothcare kit for C as a shower present, so I don't know if that banana brush is worth it. It's super cute, though!

@HabesBabe: no! I just bought it because we didn't have a transitional tooth brush other than the finger brush--but I wouldn't buy another if I had already had one.
