I am 5 1/2 months and I still don't look pregnant... maybe after a big meal but most of the time I just look like I am gaining weight in my stomach... (I don't think it helps that I am relatively large up top...) There is definitely a baby in there!
When did you start to really look pregnant?

23-ish weeks is when you could tell no matter what I was wearing! Before that you couldn't tell if I had scrubs on at work. You could only tell in tight clothing, and even then it was a guess.

i'm starting to show more obviously now! around 19/20 weeks. it's my second pregnancy in the last 12 months, though, if that counts for anything?

I'm 5 months and I think I look pregnant when I wear maternity clothes but it's still not obvious enough for someone to come up and ask me unless they already know!

You could definitely tell I was pregnant at 20 weeks, before that I just looked like I ate too many donuts.

About 10 weeks. By 13 weeks it was unmistakable. Now, at 25 weeks, I'm enormous - it looks like I'm going to give birth right now!!

@Cherrybee: I was the same way! I just kept wondering how much bigger I could get. By about 30 weeks, I quit growing so much.

I could tell early on but it mostly looked like a beer belly. I think around 20 weeks or so it started to look obvious, and by 24 weeks it would be hard to hide. I'm 25 weeks now, and depending what I wear, sometimes I'm like, Whoa, pregnant! and other days I'm like, yeah, I could hide this if I really needed to.
I'm not even that big yet and already I'm wondering how much bigger I could get. How does the skin stretch like that?
Also, I'm tallish (5'7") and usually gain weight around my middle first anyway.

I think at week 19 is when regardless of what I was wearing you could tell I have a definite baby bump. Plus for people who knew me before, the fact that I've gained 10 lbs just gives it away. That is about 10% of my body weight, so it's impossible to hide.

My belly probably popped sometime between 18-22 weeks? I'm currently 24 weeks, and depending on what shirt I wear, you can tell I'm preggo or others see it as just being fat.

I think I look preggo now (22 weeks), but no one has mentioned it to me yet, so maybe it's just wishful thinking on my part.

I am not sure, I think I always looked pregnant (rather than gaining weight) as I only put weight on in my tummy. I felt like I was showing as soon as I got that BFP, I have a smaller frame though. I know women who are taller, look less pregnant for longer in general.
I know a lot of women say they didnt show until late, but I do think most people can tell the difference between 'fat' and pregnant, unless you are slightly overweight. I think how you dress plays a major part too, some people wear clothed to show off their bump but other dress to conceal it a bit. I was definitely in the show it off camp

I think around 17 weeks people starting suspecting. I work in a large department and had announced around 14 weeks, but it didn't spread too far so some people were still speculating by sight. Now at 24 weeks, I think it's fairly obvious most of the time!

I popped at mid-15 weeks and at 16 weeks people were commenting on the bump. I had to run out and get a few maternity clothes because suddenly nothing fit anymore.

I'm 23 weeks today and about the same as Alivoo01 and Grace. If I'm wearing the right shirt I look pregnant; otherwise I just look heavier than I used to. Nobody has said anything to me yet so maybe I'm still looking more chubby than pregnant? Although when I told my landlady about the baby she said that she had wondered because I was slender and it would be weird for me to just develop a large belly.
