I'm wondering when everyone's morning or all-day sickness went away. I'm almost 12 weeks and am hoping to go on a vacation at 16 weeks. But now I'm worried I may not feel better by then. I want to enjoy the trip! Thanks!

Mine started at 6 weeks and went away at about 16 weeks. Hope you start to feel better in time for your vacation!

It's really very different for everyone. At 15w, if I missed a dose of my anti-nausea med, I noticed but didn't as sick as I used to. I'm 18w tomorrow and still on it but now if I miss a dose I don't notice right away. I'll probably try to go off it when this refill runs out. But I am fine if I take my pills regularly, well enough for a vacation. Good luck!

I took Diclegis (unisom/b6) every night up until the day I gave birth and if I skipped it, I felt crummy the next day. However, I felt bad even with Diclegis up until about 15 weeks. After that, I felt pretty good as long as I took the diclegis at night. I was never able to get off it. I felt bad about it and talked to my OB and she was like heck, why are you worried? Don't suffer, it's safe to take! So I would do the same thing again.

Up until almost 13 weeks, I was puking on average once a day (with diclegis) and could only handle toasted bagels, dry cereal, and a small number of similarly bland things. Then suddenly, I felt better eating a bunch of different foods. And now at 15 weeks, I feel pretty much ok as long as I don't miss diclegis. It was really a sudden and dramatic improvement for me - I went from one evening puking up every sip of water I tried to drink to a couple of days later feeling much better.

I had morning sickness up until about 13 weeks and it went away during the second trimester. Second trimester was so easy, no symptoms, but then I had alot of nausea and heartburn in the third trimester!

14 weeks I felt OK but would have intermittent bouts of nausea.
15 weeks I woke up and felt great and it stayed that way. Good luck!

Mine eased up around 12 weeks. I've seen surveys on HB before on this topic and I think for the majority it's over by 14-15

With DD1, I didn't have any morning sickness. With DD2, it went away around 13 weeks. Currently with DS it went away at 21 weeks where I could finally stop taking my Unisom/B6.

It improved around the 2nd trimester but never totally went away. I was on diclegis until the end.
