Omg, ya'll. I'm just about 32 weeks and I am basically worn the F out. I try to go to the gym and do 30 mins elliptical and 30 mins free weights about 4x a week, but lately when I've went, I am just ZAPPED halfway through, and I've only been doing about 20-25 mins of elliptical. AND what used to take me 30 minutes when I lifted weights, now takes me 40-45. Same routine!

I am slow and I am tired, but I feel so guilty if I don't go...So I'm wondering when the physical take-over of carrying a bowling ball hit you? And were you able to power through and just feel exhausted? Or did you slow down?

I mean, I worked out this am and I feel basically useless. Like I'm in slow motion. Nightime insomnia doesn't help!
