We have ours every year in March. Mine is coming up on the 21st (eek!). I think my review last year was around the same time. We also have mid years...but those always feel like a normal 1 on 1 (which we should have monthly). My bosses in the past have pretty much only scheduled the 'big' year end review in March, but my boss now likes to meet monthly. It's nice

This will be my first year not having a review! I am not going to miss that when I leave this job. We have yearly reviews--it stopped being fun in 2008 when all of my good reviews really meant nothing, no raise, no promotion.

I had my annual review in October. Should have had a quarterly review in January but that didn't happen, maybe in April?

We have a big annual review every year, but we also get monthly performance evaluations that are really pointless IMO.

In the last 9-10 years I have worked here I think Ive onky had 1 official review. My supervisor started one last year when I filles out my self review & never followed through on her end. Just mentioned I needed to be on time at to work. Which I done very well at sense then.

Last month! We get them twice a year.

I had to sign the papers for my 2012 review when I came back from leave a week ago.

Just a few weeks ago. Blah. I hate reviews.

About 2 months after I got back from maternity leave. I got a decent raise, too.

We have a mid year review over the summer and finished our annual reviews last month. Today we learned our new salary

Formal ones are every year in June. I meet weekly with my supervisor so I get informal ones pretty frequently.
