With this pregnancy, I'm experiencing brand new aches and pains but one of the most noticeable and painful ones are in the arches of my feet. I have a lot of pain when just standing - almost cramp-like.
Anyone else have this?

Sounds similar to what I have, but mine is in the heels of my feet, not nice

I think that's the one crap symptom I didn't/don't have. Yet at least.....

I did with my first, I got some arch supports that helped.

How about some supports like superfeet? That may help!

I had the worst foot cramps when I was pregnant. They were miserable!

I know a woman who's arches fell when she was pregnant (so she became flat-footed). Apparently, it can be quite painful if not properly supported?

The bottoms of my feet felt bruised a lot towards the end. The midwife said it was from everything loosening up and spreading out.

My greatest pregnancy complaint is foot pain, they hurt toward the back of my arch/ front of my heel, its not like a cramp but an ache. They said it was from already having pretty flat feet and them spreading and flattening more, also weight distribution. I had to find very comfortable shoes, and if I am standing for long periods of time without breaks or walking a ton I bring changes of shoes, the different shapes/ arches help relieve pressure on certain spots.

I have really high arches and have had planters fascitis before, so I think mine is probably that again. Things that work to fix it for me:
1. Make sure that the shoes I am wearing have good arch support (no flip flops!)
2. Change my shoes if possible and don't wear the same shoes 2 days in a row
3. Use a golf ball to massage my feet in the morning and afternoons when I get home
4. Find a good chiropractor to adjust your feet periodically
