Hmmm….. I think when I was interning at legal aid they had a few things still on floppy disk! That was 2006.

I can't remember, but I saved the one with my Master's Essay on it just because. Do you have a computer you can read that on?

@cascademom: we have a usb floppy reader that we can hook up to any computer, when needed. The funny thing is, we've used this thing 3 times in the past month for various reasons!! Mostly it's been used to keep things off the network because of viruses.

Woahhh! Probably my senior year of high school. I remember when my parents bought me my laptop for college and it didn't have a disk drive (on CD) and I was like "But how will I save things??!" Hahaha.

In college so 6 years ago-ish? It was for my programming classes and the teacher required us to save them to a floppy. It was sooo weird! haha!

Here's what I want to know. Did you EVER use one of these?? My dad was in the software industry so we always had lots of computers in the house and I remember using floppy disks that were ACTUALLY floppy back when I was probably around five.

Awesome! I remember the big floppy discs - used those in High School, the little ones were Univserity - I even had a disc holder with my school logo on it LOL (truth, I still have that).
