We wanted to try a new restaurant but there was a 45 minute wait so we went to Outback Steakhouse.
I had to get over my "the last time I was here, I had to go to L & D triage for food poisoning" fear but the food was good and we had a giftcard!

We went to a concert for our last date night and ate at the venue because the dumpling house we were planning on going to had a 45 minute wait!

We've only had one date night since LO was born and it was to attend a really boring party. We were supposed to be eating at said boring party but I insisted we sneak out for a bit and go to a bar I used to love; we ate there. It was awesome!
Our next date night is Saturday, although it's hardly a "date" - we are meeting some friends to watch the England game in the pub (I hate football by the way). I thought we'd have chance to go out for dinner together first - I mean, the kick off is 11pm - but now DH has to work until 7pm.

Local restaurant and bar with another couple!
Have another date night next week and again trying a new local place. We try and avoid chains! To many other AMAZING restaurants.

Oh gosh, I don't remember! Dd was only born 10 weeks ago but she was early so we never had an official last date night pre-baby....maybe this restaurant? http://www.acmenyc.com/ that was a couple weeks before lo was born!

We went out with another couple and ate at a new izakaya near our house (yum!). It was great, but not as good as the one 1/2 block from our house. The things I will miss when we leave the city.... Sigh.

We left LO with the nursery a couple evenings while we were on our family cruise, so we ate in the cruise ship dining room.
Last date at home was Boxing Day, and we went to Cactus Club.

We went to a bar near a movie theater. The food was okay, nothing great. There's a spectacular pizza place next to it that I wished we would have gone too.
