New Zealand! I've been to Peru but I was in the more impoverished part, not the mountains or machu pichu

Lithuania, Latvia & Estonia all in one six week long trip.
Estonia probably the most exotic of the three, don't think many people travel there!
I also lived in Qatar for most of my childhood if anyone is familiar with the middle east.

Honduras I guess? I was on a service trip in college so it wasn't all luxuriously exotic. More exotic in the "I can only sort of speak Spanish and I'm staying in basically a tent, what an adventure!" sort of way.

@BananaPancakes: Yeah, I was going to count Costa Rica, too. I chose my "exotic" places based on areas that you don't often hear about when people say they're going on vacation.

I know a lot of people have been to Jamaica but it's the only place I've been that I couldn't google or find on forums a really pretty spot that we visited. We never would have found it ourselves without a decent amount of luck and probably some stupidity.

Don't know if this is considered 'exotic' but Kazakhstan. But I went there when I still lived in Russia, so it wasn't very exotic from that point of view...

I went to Japan when I was a kid, but as an adult the only big trip was the Canadian Arctic. We went to a small island camp to watch the beluga whale migration. I don't know if exotic is the right word but it was definitely a fantastic trip. The rest have been smaller trips to Hawaii, Alaska, and Mexico but I don't those count as exotic either.

Probably Morro de São Paulo, Brazil. Its a beautiful no cars island in the north east of Brazil. As soon as you get off the boat, you are swarmed with offers of "taxi" service (mostly for suitcases, but I think they'll take people too!):
