I thought we were set on Caroline, but DH thinks it's too many syllables, so we're throwing around Harper now. Our last name is pronounced like Bock. Which one do you like better? DD's name is Willa, if that helps

Don't get me wrong--Harper is a SUPER cute name--it is just kind of trendy right now IHMO. Willa is much more old-fashioned and timeless, so I think another timeless/classic name would go well with Willa. Like Caroline.

contrary to rainbowsparkles I think of both Willa & Harper as more trendy - but still also very elegant. I think or Caroline as very feminine and timeless. But I also think that all of them go together equally well.
With that said, I did vote Harper.

I have to agree that I place Willa and Harper more in the same category.
That being said, I LOVE Caroline. It's one of my top picks if we ever have another girl.

Definitely Caroline! I agree with pp that Harper is going to be the Tiffany of the 80s or the Debbie of the 60s, whereas Caroline is classic and beautiful! I also disagree with Willa being a trendy name - it's a classic name that is becoming more popular again, along the lines of Eleanor, Edith, and Beatrice, but it's not a 'new' name like Harper. Love Willa and Caroline together!
