If you had a non-invasive prenatal test (aka cell-free DNA test) done for chromosomal abnormalities, which one was it?

My OB has some kind of deal worked out with Panorama, so they offer it to all clients free of charge.

MaterniT21 with my first and second, Verifi with my third (my doctor switched companies between LO2 and LO3)

I did MaterniT21 with my first and Panorama with my 2nd. I liked how the results came back better with MaterniT21, because they were statistical - I had a 1:40,000 odds of DS having Down's. Panorama just come back as high or low risk, but it did come back faster.

I did Counsyl just for genetic screening with DD. This pregnancy I did Panorama after a screen positive for DS.

@MrsA: I'm referring to the Counsyl "informed pregnancy screen," which is the same as the other NIPT, not the genetic screen.

Verifi almost 3 years ago. I've switched OBGYN since then so not sure where the next would be (if there is a next).

@ShootingStar: hm, my Panorama results came back with numbers decided by the actual test result paired with my age--I remember that my down's stat was 1 in 6500. maybe it's the way the clinic communicates the info?

@LCTBQE: Oh, interesting! The first time I had it they did have me go through MFM, the 2nd was just my OB. Maybe they relay the results differently.

@ShootingStar: my OB was not super generous with giving me stats--like they wouldn't give me the beta numbers or sugar test number unless I specifically asked. their communication was more like, "it's going good, don't worry". maybe yours is similar? ETA but yeah I got the Panorama results from the doctor at the scanning place they work with.

@ShootingStar: @LCTBQE: the "report" I received from my doctor just said simply "negative," and "low risk," but then I got a copy of the full lab report from the actual company (Counsyl) which had more statistical info. So I'm guessing different clinics/doctors will choose different ways of relaying the information.
That's funny about the betas too because my midwives were the same way and I had to ask to get the specific numbers beyond "it was good." Probably because the actual numbers aren't that meaningful to most people, but us information junkies on hb aren't most people
