Anyone? I miss seeing pregnancy announcements now that most are mentioned under due date threads.
How are you doing?

I'll start! I'm so bad at being consistent with replying to boards so I didn't join a due date board...yet.
Pregnant with fraternal twins from a FET. Due date is technically 10/03 but will HOPEFULLY deliver in sept and not any sooner! I'm thinking of joining the local moms of multiples groups to get an idea of what I'm in for

Fun thread!
I am pregnant with identical twins from a fresh IVF cycle - single embryo transfer!
Due date is technically 6/24, however the doctors will induce by 6/10 if I don't go into labor naturally.
@Mrs. Pinky: That is great you want to join your local MoM chapter - I joined mine in February and have had a great time getting to know people and learn about what I'm in for!
For the most part I'm doing well. Love all the monitoring that is done, but kind of getting tired of juggling the schedule of doctor appointments with work. I was diagnosed with a short cervix a few weeks ago, so trying to keep these babies in and baking
Would love to connect with others through this thread

@Mrs. Pinky: @meadow: I all the twins from IVF.
@Mrs. Pinky: My due date with my now almost 7 month old twins was 10/16. They ended up coming at 34 weeks on 9/5. They were from a FET, too.

@Mrs. Pinky: @meadow: I forget when I joined my MOM group. I picked up some gear from fellow twin moms. I have not gone to a MOM meeting, yet.

@meadow: Two years ago I was on bedrest for shortened cervix/preterm labor (which they successfully stopped). I ended up being induced at 38 weeks! I hope your little ones keep baking a long time!
@Mrs. Pinky: Congrats on your twins! Mine were from from a fresh cycle, but my sister has twins from a FET.

@twodoghouse: Thanks!! They don't have me on any activity restrictions at this point, but I am on progesterone supplementation. Glad to hear your twins baked all the way to 38 weeks!!

@GreenThumb: Ahhh! So excited for you!! Are your betas high?

@bluestriped bee: Yes, they were actually just over the median levels for triplets on Betabase.info - YIKES - with a doubling time of 35 hours! And morning sickness kicked in at exactly 5 weeks, which seems pretty early to me ! But I'm hopeful for just a single or twinsies.

@GreenThumb: Good luck! I really hope it's a singleton or twins as well. My pregnancy started out as triplets. Wall me if you find yourself in the same situation and want to chat!

Just catching up on this thread and seeing all the new twin moms! I have 2 year old fraternal twin girls from a fresh cycle of ivf.
Can't wait to hear tomorrow, @GreenThumb:! I hope you keep us updated

Well, I can officially join! I had my first u/s this morning and we are having twins!! Today is apparently 6w2d, I thought it was 6 weeks exactly, so I'm a little confused. Baby A was measuring 6w1d (HB 116), Baby B measured 5w6d (HB 85 - a little slow, but still there!). And they have my due date now as December 28th. I'll go back for another scan on the 16th. Feeling relieved to have this first scan over! And of course, so glad its definitely not triplets!!!

@Mrs. Pinky: I second joining a local MoM group. I joined at about 5ish months and it has been great to get to know these women and hear about their children and adventures as I prepare to start our twin family!

@Mrs. Pinky: @meadow: Yeah, I waited to join an MOM group. I was afraid I would join and then lose one or both of the twins. Stupid IF making me doubt everything.
I did end up joining and paying for the annual dues when I was put on bed rest. I think that's when it got real.
They were so helpful in getting me a bag full of free preemie clothes to borrow. It was a great help.
