Not going back to work, but just wanted to say good luck & hope it's a smooth transition!!

I went back to work this past Wednesday but Monday will start my first full week. My girl is 12 weeks old this Saturday and we have her at an in-home daycare with one other infant and two 2-year-olds. My husband and I both work full time.

I wanted to encourage you (and the others starting back on Monday or in the near future) that it went so much better than I expected. It was still a very emotional day but LO handled it really well and I am confident we'll get into the swing of things just fine. I do miss her though, all day every day, and wish I had more time to spend with her in the evenings.

well i'm going back on tuesday, but close enough! my LO will be 14 weeks. it'll be part time for February then back full time in March. my mom will be watching her for us, we'll see if she is up for it!
