We started calling ours skullface after one of the pictures we got from the 20 week ultrasound showed the face looking all creepy and skeletal. Now we pretty much just call it the baby.

With DS we called him either the baby or by his name, since we told his name
With DD everyone called her 'baby X' since we weren't sharing names.

I wanted to call him butter bean from the beginning but it never really stuck. We just call him baby!
