@MrsH: 2150 to meet hours. Every 100 over is a bonus. And I can take 4 weeks vacation. So 10 gets me pretty close. I'm hoping to go in-house once there's a LO.

@yellowbird: no LO yet but I'm usually in the office by 7:30 and leave by 5 with a 20 minute commute. Hopefully I'll get to work earlier and leave earlier when we have a LO. I may also try working from home one day a week when we have a LO.

I work M-F 8-4:30 (with a 30min lunch break) my commute is between 45-60min each way. We are all out the door by 6:45 every morning and DH does pickup from daycare in the evenings.

@ladyfingers: I work 9-5 with an hour lunch. Basically, full time for my organization is 35 hours a week, and we're not paid for our hour lunch. It's worth it to have that hour.
Also, I do have to work a few hours in the evenings 4-5 times a month. Part of my job is to document our organization's events, and I get comp time for any hours worked over 35. We get 10 sick days each year, and this year I have 11 vacation days (it increases by 1 day per year until you have 20 days).
My commute is 15-45 minutes, depending on traffic.

I generally work 10-6 or so...
My commute in the morning is anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. I drop off LO at 9 and hit the road, get in between 9:45 & 10... Work until 6 - i am the first one to leave (grr) and usually am home by 6:30 (traffic much better on the way home).
hoping for a new job soon (3rd interview tomorrow!!) and my hours will be a true 9-5 with an hour lunch - so full time is 35 hours a week! a dream!!!
i have to bring home work many nights and most weekends where I am now

@LindsayInNYC: I used to bill 2000 a year before LO. I cut down to 75% time and now I bill a lot less...and care a lot less ; )

@winniebee: Our minimum is 2150 - every 100 over is a bonus. We're TTC now and based on how things are going, this will be the only year I'll be able to try and make the bonus. Last year was my first at the firm and took a while to get up to speed. And we hope to get pregnant this/next year. I have to at least get the minimum done to be secure in my job. Honestly, post-LO, I don't see myself lasting more than a year. I love the firm and people I work with/for but the billing just kills me. I'd look to go in-house for better hours, no billables.
