I WOH part time - two 12 hour shifts per week. It's perfect for us. I feel very lucky.

Ft, 40 hrs. My dream is to go part time, but I've only been working for a year, so I'd like to get more experience first.

Ft and typically overtime as a college teacher. So I have a weird schedule with online classes and evening classes.

@yellowbird: @rachiecakes: I am required to bill at least 40 hours a week, so, my version of FT usually starts around 50 hours a week and goes up from there.

@MsLipGloss: my weeks are similar at least I have a ton of vacation I'm required to take before the end of year.

Went out on maternity leave as full time, coming back at the high end of part time - 32-36 hours.

@MsLipGloss: yuck I never work more than 40 and I usually get off around 30 minutes early, but id still rather work less!

Part time, 28 hours a week so 4 days of 7 hours... Gives me an extra hour with LO in the evenings!

I work 30 hours so it is considered FT, but I only work 2 full days in the office, 1 half day in the office, and then 1 day from home. I LOVE my schedule and am so happy my work let me!

FT plus. I work a lot of nights and weekends plus an 8-6 job. 50 hours a week is expected of us, but we all usually operate in the 60 plus range in an average week and 80 hrs in our high season. It's easy to get there when an overnight is 16 hours.

I consider it FT because I work so much outside of "work" as well, but it's about 35 hours.

I move between pt (32 hr) and ft every 6 mo or so.. My company really emphasizes work life balance so it's easy to do.

I am going to announce my pregnancy at work in about a week and a half. Hoping to come back for one month at 50%, then spend six months at 80%: 3 days in the office and 1 day working from home. I don't think I will be able to get away with a 4-day week forever because I am a manager, but I think they will be amenable to a short term stint.

FT (40 hrs) in the office.
I'm going to ask for 32 hours with #2, though...it's still considered full time at my company!

FT plus. I'm on 24-hour call every other week for...ever. But the weeks that I'm not on call, I have Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday completely off.
(And call is call. I can get destroyed, or I can sleep through the night. It's kind of like a baby!)

I'm on mat leave now. I was working 4 days a week for my job, but spending the 5th day at home doing my paperwork. I commute 2-3 hours a day, so I needed a day at home to "catch up". After my mat leave ends, I will be doing 3 days a week for my job and spending the other 2 days at home. Hopefully I can get paperwork done when LO naps!
