Before I got pregnant I was constantly working out. I saw a personal trainer twice a week for an hour and went to the gym the other 5 days for an hour / sometimes only 4 days (or would run 3 miles outdoors).
Since it wasnt ever more than an hour it wasnt too extreme but I felt good, I was eating better and my bmi was at its best.
I managed to get my body at the best its ever been.
Then I got pregnant. The first few weeks I stuck with my fitness - but then came the nausea & I went from working out all the time to ZERO.... I was one of the lucky ones to have nausea for a little over 20 weeks.

So now here I am at 27 weeks and the guilt is starting to kick in. During the horrible nausea it was very hard to eat so I didnt really eat healthy AT ALL. I would puke most of what I ate anyways. Now that I am able to eat better, I still dont eat as good as I should. I feel the need to workout yet after working 5 days a week for 9 hours, I havent been able to get to it. I went for a 2 mile walk with the husband the other day.. and that was it... with so much going on its been hard to make it a routine.

Although I have gained 13-14 pounds at this point - I am extremely worried about how my body will look after pregnancy.. and to my luck I was asked to be a bridesmaid at a wedding taking place 3 months after my due date.

Anyone have any tips?!
