My Dr. hasn't said anything about it but I am starting to get worried. When my nurse took my BP on Monday it was 140/90 which she sounded surprised/concerned but when I asked her about it she said it was nothing and she was just talking outloud... I also know that is borderline high.
I have ALWAYS had low BP so for me, that sounds high. But, again, the Dr. didn't say anything about it.

I am 24 weeks so, as a FTM, I don't know how much of this is normal pregnancy stuff and how much is something to pay attention to.

I have started swelling a bunch. Mostly I notice it in my hands when I get even the slightest bit warm. I am talking, I have to be cold to not be swelling some. Haven't noticed any swelling anywhere else unless I have been walking for a little while, then my feet swell some and hurt like a B but I haven't thought much about that. I frequently have cloudy urine and my lower back/hips are killing me pretty much all the time. My nausea is still persistant to the point that I take my Zofran with me anywhere I go because I am sure to get nauseous at some point... I also lose my breath pretty easy. Just walking up the stairs at my house I have to stop and breathe. I get lightheaded a heck of alot easier now. If it is warm at all or I have been moving around a bunch:, lightheaded and nauseous. My arms, hand, and legs fall asleep pretty darn easy too...

At what point do I just have to suck it up and realize this is just a part of pregnancy and what point do I need to worry?
