I know Teletubbies was criticized for not being educational:

But I bet if the Teletubbies came back, they could make it more educational. Then I would definitely let Charlie watch the show! He loves the characters, but loses interest in the episodes themselves.

I don't have a LO, but if I did and they came back I would say no. My sister who is a good bit younger than me loved that show. She watched it so much that I still can't stand it. So my no is purely selfish.

I'd rather be stuck watching endless reruns of Barney than teletubbies.
They're supposed to be cute, but I don't see it. and the baby in the sun, argh! Plus, while repetition is good for learning things, the way they do it is just too much for me.
Plus the way they speak is awful. Like @Cyndistar3 said, they drive me batty!

@mrbee: OH! "Sharon, Lois, and Bram" were a Canadian children's musical trio and they had a program called "The Elephant Show." It was THE best thing. Wikipedia them...Awesome. As for the Teletubbies, I really don't know much about the show, actually, I just think they're scary.

So far I have only let my LO watch a few shows. I have picked these based on whether they are annoying to me or not so if everyone says the Teletubbies are annoying then no I wouldn't let her watch it. Lol.

I only like the smallest tellytubby Po i think its name was? The others were kinda scary to me when I was younger and then they annoyed me with they way they talked.. if my child liked watching it as entertainment I might let them watch it for a short while, but I wasnt a fan

My cousin grew up watching Teletubbies and all she'd say over and over and over was "again again" and "what's that"
So annoying. lol
