Pretty much all are ranch style here for energy efficiency. I'd hate to pay the AC bill on a multilevel here in AZ! I like multilevels, but really don't have a huge preference either way.

I grew up in a ranch style home and hate living in a 2-story house because of the stairs! I have a fear of stairs because of my depth perception issues and fell down the stairs a few times pretty badly. I'd gladly live in a ranch style home if it had the square footage.
