Update!!
Now that we are proceeding with IVF next cycle, I had to chance to tell my good friend about the possibility that we might use her girl name. She knew about our fertility treatments and our move to IVF. Anyway, while she was talking about her son, who is now 6 month, I figure it was the best time to bring it up the use of name.She approved and said to go for it! I was kinda nervous she would be annoyed, but, I'm so glad she wasn't. She said she really thinks about us all the time and our TTC trouble and really hopes IVF works and that the name we chose is such a great name.

DS's name is really common so I wouldn't really think much of it. The name we're thinking of for DS#2 is pretty uncommon so unless they were using it after a relative or something I might be slightly annoyed.
