I just sneezed and peed. In front of DH. At the dinner table. The twins have been sitting on my bladder all day. I think its time to invest in some piddle pads

Aww no fun! In the 2nd trimester I would cough or laugh and a little pee would start to come out and I'd suddenly run away from whoever I was talking to. Awkward. But then I started doing Kegels more regularly so the pee accidents have decreased thankfully.

@Sugar.Biscuit: oh man. I remember the day that finally happened to me, and I was only pregnant with a singleton! I can't imagine two babes on my bladder! I was in such shock (I was home alone in my kitchen) that I posted about it as a status update on Facebook. One of my relatives was like "did you really just announce that to the world?"

Yeah...It's pretty horrible. Especially if you're not at home to change right away. I started that about halfway through my pregnancy with S. Postpartum, it's taken a while for it to clear up, but now I'm pregnant again, it's a total bust.

I've done it once so far, I sneezed and peed.. I was talking to my boss and just felt a huge "deer in headlights" look spread across my face. I didn't know what to do lol!

I did the same thing recently! I was rushing to the bathroom, sneezed, and peed myself while standing ONE FOOT from the toilet. I said "DAMMIT" and DH asked what was wrong and I told him and he laughed for like 20 minutes. I can't imagine with twins!!!!

Oh honey....I was about 20weeks along when I went to take a shower and before getting in ended up throwing up and while throwing up I peed myself...I was so upset I came out of the bathroom to the top of the stairs naked, covered in pee and puke and cried for DH lol He came up and cleaned it up for me and didn't even make fun of me.
Trust me. It'll be ok -

I'm almost a year pp and leaked last night while waiting for a friend to arrive at the ball park.

this happened to me during my pregnancy. I started doing kegels like crazy and then it stopped. So I guess the kegels worked?
ah, glamorous pregnancy!
